Today’s Five Minute Monday video is a bit different. (Not a TED Ed presentation!) It’s a short 5-minute video that takes you through a short 1-minute meditation. I found it quite easy to watch, and do, without imposing a lot of rules or restrictions on it. Simply find a place to sit still, close your eyes, and let 1 minute pass while you focus on your breathing. How easy is that?
One surprising thing was that they did not want you to stretch the one minute meditation into five minutes or longer. The goal is to get to a meditation state in as little time as possible. With practice, they say, you can meditate in a moment.
