Five Minute Monday – What is the Higgs Boson?

It’s Monday, and that means it’s time for Five Minute Monday. Back on a science-y kick, today’s topic is the Higgs’ Boson. You may have heard of this a couple of years ago, when the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) found evidence of it’s existence.

This week’s video aims to explain the modern view of atoms and fields (a lot different than they teach in high school), and also why the Higgs Boson is so important.
