You can be forgiven if you don’t really know what it is or what it is for. Wheatgrass is touted as a “super food” by those in the nutrition space, and I have a friend who swears by it. It is very dense in lots of nutrients the body needs such as fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B6, iron, zinc, copper, potassium, magnesium, and selenium. It’s like nature’s multivitamin.
Out of curiosity I watch this course on Udemy. It’s very short and too the point, and shows you how to grow your own wheatgrass at home. You can then turn that into juice using a juicer, and a shot of that juice per day is like taking a supplement.
The course explains it all. I enjoyed it immensely, and it’s inspiring to see how easy it is to do something that is good for your health, no matter whether you live in the city or in the countryside.
The course, Super Foods: Supercharge Your Body With Wheatgrass is available on Udemy.
I created a video about the course, so check the video above for my thoughts and a short trip through some of the inside of the course.
